Facilities
The Nineteenth has two bedrooms located at either end of the living area, each with a generous king sized bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
A portacot and high chair is available on request.
Booking
Minimum 2 night stay required.
The maximum occupancy for The Nineteenth is four people.
Rates include all linen and complimentary WIFI. A $60 cleaning fee is additional.
The Nineteenth is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
Enquire about The Nineteenth’s special rates for extended stays.
No functions or parties, and no additional guests staying beyond those booked.
Smoking is not permitted on the property. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if there is evidence of smoking after your stay.
The Nineteenth expects the guest to take all reasonable care of the guest accommodation and to leave it tidy after departure. If it is found that it has not been left in a reasonable condition, The Nineteenth will charge the guest for time required for extra cleaning.
Check-in policy
Check in from 3pm.
Check out by 10am.
Payment terms
The total booking fee (100%) is required to secure your reservation. Please see our cancellation policy if you need to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Child and pet policy
Children are welcome but sorry, no pets. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Privacy policy
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals nor be distributed to third party organisations without consent. Credit card details entered are securely encrypted and all payments processed on this website is done through a certified PCI compliant payment gateway.
